Layered salad with a twist – hearty and delicious

Thaw the frozen peas and place them in a large salad bowl. Trim and chop the lettuce. Add the lettuce as the second layer to the bowl. Fry the bacon cubes, let them cool, and then use them as the third layer. Wash, peel, and slice the spring onions, then use them as the fourth layer. For the salad dressing, mix the mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, and remoulade in a bowl. Season with a little Maggi, salt, and pepper. Spread the dressing evenly over the fourth layer, but do not mix. Spread the grated Gouda cheese as the sixth layer. Sprinkle the roasted onions over the salad. Note: Do not toss the salad with the dressing. Other layering options are also possible.
