Lazy Women Meat Stew

The perfect lazy women meat stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Meat and broth:

  • 1 Onion
  • 1250 ml Water
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Juniper berries
  • 1 tbsp Black peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Soup meat beef breast
  • 100 g Soup vegetables, TK

Inlay:

  • 400 g Soup vegetables, TK
  • 300 g Cooked potatoes
  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • Fresh chives rolls

To taste:

  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Some vegetable broth
  • 1 Shot Worcester sauce

Meat and broth:

  1. Let the pot get really hot on the stove without anything in it! Halve the onion, leave the peel on and sear it in the pot to make it nice and dark! Deglaze with water and add bay leaves, juniper berries, cloves, pepper and salt! Finally the meat and the soup vegetables!
  2. Let the meat simmer quietly for approx. 2 hours! Test: skewer meat on a fork, if it slides down by itself, the meat is ready! Let cool and strain the broth!

Inlay:

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Sieve and rinse the chickpeas! Also dice the meat. Add everything to the broth with the soup vegetables!
  2. Heat well again and season with seasoned salt, garip pepper, nutmeg, vegetable stock and Worcester sauce!
  3. Serve! My friend adds a dollop of sour cream to it! I don’t like it, more like tied soups, but tastes are different! 🙂
