Leaf lettuce with mushrooms in tarragon-mustard-cream dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of leaf lettuce
  • 2 large mushrooms, fresh
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp tarragon, fresh, chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and trim the lettuce. Brush the mushrooms and thinly slice them. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Arrange the lettuce and mushrooms on plates or in bowls and drizzle with the dressing.
