Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 handfuls of lettuce with edible flowers
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 large passion fruit(s)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and dry the lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces. Combine the dressing ingredients. Transfer everything to a bowl, toss to combine, and serve.
