Leaf salad with vegetables and creamy dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce, e.g. Salarico
  • 4 large mushrooms, e.g. button mushrooms, fresh
  • ½ can corn
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted in a pan without fat
  • 4 tbsp chives
  • 5 tbsp corn broth
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim the lettuce, cut it into strips, and wash it. Drain the corn and reserve the liquid. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the chives. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
