Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g Leberkäse, thinly sliced
- 150 g cream cheese with pepper
- 200 g Gouda, grated
- 250 g creamed spinach
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp, heaped mustard, e.g. Löwensenf
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the spinach with the cheese and eggs. Spread the mixture on baking paper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. First, spread the cream cheese on the cold mixture, then place the meatloaf on top. Spread everything with mustard. Roll up and wrap in foil. Let it chill in the refrigerator. Cut the roll into pieces before serving.
