Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 package of puff pastry (refrigerated section)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), young, freshly grated
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Unroll the puff pastry roll from the refrigerated section. Spread the sour cream on top. Peel the onion and dice it very finely. Trim the bell pepper and also cut it into small cubes. Spread both over the sour cream. Crumble the feta cheese over it. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over it as well. Season with salt and pepper and roll up tightly from the long side. Then cut into approximately 2 cm wide swirls and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 18 minutes.
