  • some clarified butter

super tasty, super easy and super quick

Toast a slice of Leberkäse (meatloaf) in clarified butter in an ovenproof pan until golden brown. Top the finished Leberkäse with tomato slices, arrange mozzarella on top, and place the pan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius. Wait until the mozzarella has melted, then serve. You can serve it with fried potatoes or simply baguette. This meal is very quick and tastes absolutely delicious.
