Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 25 g butter, soft
- 40 g salami
- 40 g ham
- 50 g sweet cream
- 40 g crème fraîche
- 80 g Emmental cheese
- ½ onion(s), finely diced
- 1 tomato(s)
- possibly eggplant(s)
- possibly bell pepper(s)
- possibly mushrooms
- possibly zucchini
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- oregano
- marjoram
- Thyme
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the salami, ham, onion, and vegetables (chosen from the above) into small cubes. Add the butter, cream, crème fraîche, and cheese to the vegetables, mix, and season to taste. Cut the flatbread in half and spread with the mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
