Ingredients

- 12 Discs Meatloaf
- 1 pole Leek
- 2 small Carrots

- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 250 ml Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
to sprinkle
- 70 g Grated cheese
Instructions

- Clean the leek and carrots and cut into about 12 cm. Cut lane thin strips.
- Place two meat loaf slices on top of each other, cover with the leek and carrot slices and roll them up.
- Now grease a baking dish and put the rolls in with the seam side down.

- Melt the butter, add the flour and sweat briefly while stirring.
- Gradually pour in the broth and milk, stirring constantly, and simmer a little.
- Season the sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the rolls
- Finally, spread the cheese over it and put it into the 175c. warm oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese is golden yellow.
Serving
- Take the rolls out of the oven, let them rest a little, place 2 rolls on a plate and enjoy with potatoes or bread.
