Ingredients

  • 12 Discs Meatloaf
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 2 small Carrots

sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

to sprinkle

  • 70 g Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Clean the leek and carrots and cut into about 12 cm. Cut lane thin strips.
  • Place two meat loaf slices on top of each other, cover with the leek and carrot slices and roll them up.
  • Now grease a baking dish and put the rolls in with the seam side down.

sauce

  • Melt the butter, add the flour and sweat briefly while stirring.
  • Gradually pour in the broth and milk, stirring constantly, and simmer a little.
  • Season the sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the rolls
  • Finally, spread the cheese over it and put it into the 175c. warm oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese is golden yellow.

Serving

  • Take the rolls out of the oven, let them rest a little, place 2 rolls on a plate and enjoy with potatoes or bread.
  • If you want, you can also eat a salad - bon appetit; 🙂
