Leberkäse Stir-fry

The perfect leberkäse stir-fry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Meatloaf
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 4 Onions
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 500 Milliliters Meatsoup
  • Salt, ground pepper, sweet paprika
  1. Cut the liver cheese into cubes. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into small pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Drain the corn.
  2. Fry the liver cheese in hot butter until brown. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add the pepper pieces and mushrooms and sauté briefly. Season the ingredients with salt and pepper and stir in the tomato paste. Sprinkle in the flour, sweat briefly and deglaze with the stock. Add corn and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Season the dish with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Spätzle or ribbon noodles taste good with it.
