Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 1 kg bell pepper(s)
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 4 bottles of tomato ketchup
  • ¼ bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 dashes of Tabasco
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the zucchini, bell peppers, and onions. Simmer in oil for about an hour. Stir frequently. Finally, add all the spices. Season to taste. Make sure it’s nice and spicy. Then fill into jars. Tastes great with grilled food.
