Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 3 large carrots
  • 125 ml water
  • 125 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

tasty and quick

Clean the leek and slice it thinly. Peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the leek and carrot slices for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with the water. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat. Finally, stir in the cream and season to taste. This vegetable tastes best with boiled potatoes.
