Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 carrots
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 1 tbsp, leveled vegetable broth, granulated
  • 75 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme, fresh, alternatively rosemary
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and dice the carrots, potatoes, and zucchini. Peel and dice the bell peppers. Sauté all ingredients in a pan with oil. Season with vegetable stock, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add water and stir well. Finely chop the thyme and sprinkle over the top. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste before serving.
