Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup of rice, approx. 200 g
- 1 celery
- 1 large leek(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 250 ml cream substitute (rice cooking cream cuisine)
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- Thyme

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and chop the onion and garlic, and fry in a pan until translucent. Clean the celery and leek, slice them, and add them to the pan. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Season the vegetables and fry. Once everything has a nice brown color, add the rice cream and bring to a simmer. Stir frequently. Then stir in the rice.
