Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large leek(s)
- 100 g ham (poultry ham)
- Remoulade
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Split the leek lengthwise and then cut both pieces into very thin slices. Finely dice the ham. Mix with the leek and remoulade. Add enough remoulade to make a smooth spread. Season with salt if desired. Very popular with children and as a breakfast spread on toasted slices of mixed bread.
