Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 30 g butter
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- some salt and pepper
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 50 g cheese, grated
- curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil, peel, and slice the potatoes. Melt the butter, then briefly sauté the sliced leeks in it, seasoning with salt and curry powder. Grease a baking dish and add layers of potato slices and leek rings (place the potatoes on top). Sprinkle each potato layer with a little salt and pepper. Whisk the egg and cream together and pour over the casserole. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes.
