Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

First, cut the leek into small pieces, wash it, and dry it with a paper towel. Then stir the leek into the softened butter and season it with a little salt and pepper. The leek butter tastes best when it’s allowed to sit for a few hours—or even better, a day. Serve it on freshly baked bread—delicious!
