Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 30 g yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g lard
  • 180 ml water and milk, mixed
  • 300 g bacon, streaky
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 ½ kg leeks
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Prepare a yeast dough from the ingredients and let it rise. Prepare a baking sheet and place the dough on it. Fry the finely chopped bacon in butter in two pans, add the finely chopped leek, and cook slowly until it begins to brown. Sprinkle with flour. Spread the leek mixture evenly over the dough. Whisk together the cream, eggs, salt, and pepper and pour over the leek. Let it rise for another 10 minutes. Bake at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes. Serve lukewarm.
