Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g butter
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 125 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp ham, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Make a shortcrust pastry from cold butter, flour, one egg, and a teaspoon of salt. If it’s too crumbly, add a little water. Form 4 flat balls and chill. Slice the leek into thin rings. Mix the sour cream with 2 eggs, cheese, and seasoning. Add the leek and diced ham. Line 4 small tart pans with the pastry. Pour in the leek mixture and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
