Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 200 g cheese (e.g. half Chester, half Edam)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mac’n’Cheese with a twist

Cook the pasta al dente, drain, and let it drain well. Sauté the leek in a little water and let it drain well. Heat the cream and melt the butter and cheese in it. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix the pasta and leek and place in a greased baking dish. Pour over the cheese sauce and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
