Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 250 g pasta
- 20 g butter
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 200 ml cream
- 30 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Clean and quarter oyster mushrooms. Clean leek and slice into thin strips. Heat butter in a pan. Sauté mushrooms for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add leek and crushed garlic clove. Top with cream and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Drain pasta, let it drain, and fold in. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
