Chili cheese meatballs, the hit at every party!

Soak the rolls in a little milk and squeeze out any excess water. Then combine the ground meat with the roll, cheese, and egg, and season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Shape the resulting mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the finished meatballs from the baking sheet and roll them on some kitchen paper to absorb any excess fat. The spiciness of the hot sauce is, of course, a matter of taste and can only be tasted “at the end” of the meatballs. This quantity makes about 50-60 meatballs. They are still delicious cold the next day.
