Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 leeks
- 50 g butter
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- some nutmeg, freshly grated
- 125 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 300 g feta cheese, diced
- 125 g Gruyère, grated
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Peel the onion, halve it, and slice into rings. Trim the leek, wash it thoroughly, and slice it into fine rings. Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and leek for about 8 minutes. Add some freshly grated nutmeg. Set the pan aside and let the vegetables cool slightly. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan-assisted oven or 180°C conventional oven. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the sour cream, feta cheese cubes, parsley, and 100g grated Gruyère to the flour in the bowl and stir. Add the vegetables and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a springform pan or small casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining 25g grated Gruyère. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
