Leek salad with pear

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 small leeks
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 200g Gouda
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Finely chop the leek, peel and dice the pear, drain the corn, and cut the cheese into thin strips. Mix everything together. Whip the cream lightly. Stir in the mayonnaise and season with vinegar, salt, and sugar. Pour over the salad ingredients and mix. Let stand for about 1 hour.
