Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of broth
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 150 g cream cheese spread
  • 150 g processed cheese with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the broth to a boil. Sauté the minced meat and onions with salt and pepper. Finely slice the leek and sauté. Add the mushrooms, then stir into the broth. Add the cream cheese and cook until dissolved. Let it simmer, then season with paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
