Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ liter broth
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp, leveled cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the leek into rings and sauté in a pot in hot fat for 5 minutes. Add the meat broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Combine the cream, starch, and egg yolk. Remove the soup from the heat and stir in the mixture. Let it simmer briefly (!) while stirring.
