Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pkt. puff pastry (refrigerated section)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 750 g leek
  • 120 g cheese (Gruyere), grated
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • pepper, black
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean, wash, and thinly slice the leeks and spring onions. Generously trim off the tough, green ends of the leeks, reserving the remaining green parts. Heat butter in a pan and fry the leeks and onions until translucent. After about 3 minutes, add the ham and fry. Line the bottom and sides of a 26 cm diameter dish with the puff pastry. Prick the pastry case several times with a fork. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Whisk the cheese and flour with the sour cream. Season generously with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika. Spread the leek, onion, and ham mixture over the pastry case and pour the cream cheese over it. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
