Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section or homemade
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 50 g diced ham
  • 100 g Gouda or other cheese of your choice, grated
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

without onions

Remove the root ends from the leeks and discard any wilted leaves. Halve them lengthwise, rinse thoroughly under cold running water, and cut into fine strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the leeks, then add the diced ham and fry briefly. Allow the ham and leek mixture to cool. In the meantime, roll out the dough on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 200°C. Once the ham and leek mixture has cooled, mix with the crème fraîche and cheese and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the dough, leaving some space around the edges, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
