Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg leek
- 125 ml broth
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- butter
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the leek and slice it into rings. Add a little butter to a pan and sauté the leek. Deglaze with the stock. Add the crème fraîche and season.
