Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g leek
  • 20 g margarine
  • 20 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim the leek and slice it into even-thickness rings. Melt the margarine in a pan. Sauté the leek in the melted margarine with the lid on for about 10-15 minutes, until softened. Then sprinkle the flour over the leek, deglaze with the milk, and top up with vegetable stock. Bring back to a boil. Finish with cream and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
