Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 shallot(s) or small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- Parsley
- pepper

Tuna cream like from the delicatessen
Finely dice the shallot, press the garlic cloves, finely chop some parsley or use frozen parsley. Drain the tuna. Place the feta cheese in a bowl and lightly mash it with a fork. Add the shallots, garlic, shredded tuna, cream cheese, and parsley. Briefly mix with a hand mixer on low speed and season with pepper. Salt isn’t necessary, as the cheese is salty enough. This goes best with fresh flatbread or baguette.
