Leek vegetables with pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg leek, cut into rings
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ liter broth
  • 100 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the minced meat vigorously, then add the chopped leek and sauté briefly. Then add the broth and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, until the leek is soft. Season with salt, pepper, a little broth powder, and—if desired—a pinch of nutmeg. Finally, fold in the sour cream. Serve with pasta. Tip: Also delicious with 200g of bacon cubes instead of the minced meat, or even without meat altogether.
