Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 200 g potatoes, mostly waxy
- 250 ml water
- 15 g yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- some salt
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Press the cooked potatoes through a potato ricer while they are still warm. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough. Let it rise for 1 hour. In the meantime, fry the minced meat with the garlic and onion, season with salt and pepper, and let it cool. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased. Let it rise for another 15 minutes. Cover with the minced meat and spread the feta on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 to 200 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
