Leeks – Lentils

The perfect leeks – lentils recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Rods Leek
  • 250 ml Chicken broth
  • 100 g Red lenses
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 5 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 0,5 bunch Go parsley
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Wash the leek, cut into rings and sauté in the butter.
  2. Deglaze with the chicken stock and cook covered for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the lentils and heat in the leek broth for about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream and mustard and bring to the boil briefly.
  5. Season to taste with pepper, salt, a little lemon juice and a pinch of sugar.
  6. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
  7. We had grilled sea bream with it.
