Leeks – Lentils
The perfect leeks – lentils recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Rods Leek
- 250 ml Chicken broth
- 100 g Red lenses
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 5 tbsp Cream
- 2 tsp Mustard medium hot
- 0,5 bunch Go parsley
- Salt pepper
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Wash the leek, cut into rings and sauté in the butter.
- Deglaze with the chicken stock and cook covered for about 3 minutes.
- Add the lentils and heat in the leek broth for about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and mustard and bring to the boil briefly.
- Season to taste with pepper, salt, a little lemon juice and a pinch of sugar.
- Serve sprinkled with parsley.
- We had grilled sea bream with it.
