Leftover Wok

The perfect leftover wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Remaining sweet and sour vegetables / see my recipe: *)
  • 250 g Remaining broccoli
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  1. Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets, clean the stem and cut into small diamonds. Heat the wok with the rest of the vegetables sweet and sour, add the broccoli (florets and diamonds from the stalk) and simmer / cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Beat the eggs, whisk with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) and pour / distribute in a thread-like manner in the wok. Let everything simmer until the egg has congealed and the liquid has boiled away. Serve the leftover wok. *) Hearty meatball skewers on sweet and sour vegetables
