Leg of Garlic, Herbs and Lamb in Wine Vinegar and Lemon Sauce

  • 2 kg Lamb shank
  • 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • Herbs of Provence
  • White wine vinegar
  • 2 Pc. Lemons
  • Potatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Fresh broccoli
  1. Make a cut in the leg of lamb and insert the garlic cloves. Pour wine vinegar over the leg and add the juice of a whole lemon. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Then put in the oven for 2 hours at 220 degrees. While cooking, pour white wine vinegar and lemon juice over and over again. After an hour, add the salted potatoes with rosemary.
  2. Bring the broccoli to the boil briefly, drain and fry with the garlic in a frying pan. Add a dash of vinegar and salt and pepper.
