Leg of Garlic, Herbs and Lamb in Wine Vinegar and Lemon Sauce

- 2 kg Lamb shank
- 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
- Herbs of Provence
- White wine vinegar
- 2 Pc. Lemons
- Potatoes
- Rosemary
- Fresh broccoli
- Make a cut in the leg of lamb and insert the garlic cloves. Pour wine vinegar over the leg and add the juice of a whole lemon. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Then put in the oven for 2 hours at 220 degrees. While cooking, pour white wine vinegar and lemon juice over and over again. After an hour, add the salted potatoes with rosemary.
- Bring the broccoli to the boil briefly, drain and fry with the garlic in a frying pan. Add a dash of vinegar and salt and pepper.
