  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Unusual starter for 8 people

Preheat the oven to 230°C and roll out the finished pizza dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Wash the lemons and slice them thinly. Arrange them on the pizza dough, drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dough is nicely browned and crispy. If the lemons start to brown too quickly, simply cover them with aluminum foil. After baking, let the pizza cool slightly. Finally, spread the crème fraîche and caviar on the pizza, cut it into slices, and serve. This dish is suitable as an appetizer for 8 people.
