Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of crayfish
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 1 small can of pineapple pieces
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp dill tips, dried
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • 1 lemon(s), organic, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Briefly wash the crayfish, pineapple, and chives and let them drain. Finely chop the chives, and cut the pineapple and ham into small cubes. Place the cream cheese, pineapple, ham, chives, crayfish, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix everything well with a tablespoon. If you like something fresh, you can wash the lemon well and grate the zest with a lemon grater, then mix it into the filling as well. Lay out the puff pastry and cut into 6 equal rectangles. Using a tablespoon, portion the filling into the center of each rectangle. Fold the corners up over the filling and press the side openings together. Preheat the oven as indicated on the puff pastry package, using the baking time indicated, usually 15 minutes. Arrange the parcels on a rack lined with baking paper and place them on the middle shelf of the oven. 3 minutes before the end of the baking time, brush the parcels lightly with honey and then finish baking.
