Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ pack of baking powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 125g lemon curd
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Knead the base ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. Roll out the dough and place it in a prepared 26cm springform pan as the base. Bake the base in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Grate the lime zest, squeeze the juice, and mix both with the remaining ingredients. Spread this quark mixture over the base and bake in the preheated oven for another 35 minutes. Let the cake cool completely and refrigerate.
