Lemon Curd
The perfect lemon curd recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 150 g Yogurt
- 1,5 piece Lemon
- 1 tbsp Flowerhoney
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Juice the lemons. Mix the quark with the yoghurt, add a pinch of salt. Mix a good tablespoon of blossom honey, lemon juice and everything with a whisk until smooth.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
