Lemon Curd

The perfect lemon curd recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 1,5 piece Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Flowerhoney
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  1. Juice the lemons. Mix the quark with the yoghurt, add a pinch of salt. Mix a good tablespoon of blossom honey, lemon juice and everything with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
