Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g sugar
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml lemon juice, 100% direct juice

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
First, make the sugar syrup by dissolving the sugar in hot water and then refrigerate it. Store the lemon juice in the refrigerator as well. Now add the lemon juice to the sugar syrup and freeze everything in an ice cream maker. Done! Have fun making it! Alex from Natürlich Lecker
