Lemon kohlrabi with sweet potato

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small sweet potato(s), washed and sliced
  • some butter
  • ½ onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 kohlrabi, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100 ml milk
  • ½ lemon(s), grated zest and juice
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • n. B. Thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 handful of lovage, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp soup seasoning
  • Lemon pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

light, tasty and quick food

Place the sweet potato slices in the oven without fat at 220°C for 20-30 minutes. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion. Melt a little butter in a saucepan. Sauté the onion. Add the kohlrabi and sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the soup seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice, and milk and simmer. Season with lovage and thyme and simmer. Season with lemon pepper to taste and serve with the sweet potatoes.
