Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 20 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Beat the butter and eggs until fluffy, then stir in the lemon juice, buttermilk, and sugar. Now add the flour and baking powder and mix everything well. Divide the batter into the holes of a 12-hole muffin tin and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. When the muffins are done, remove them from the tin and let them cool. Now, mix the lime juice with the powdered sugar until smooth and spread the glaze evenly over the muffins. Enjoy!
