Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, cooked
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying
- Sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the potatoes, boil them in 1.5 liters of salted water, drain, and press or mash them. Mix well with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and eggs. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm, cut out circles with a cup or glass, and fry in plenty of hot oil. Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with sugar. Pairs well with fruit puree.
