Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g smoked salmon
  • 100 ml whipped cream, well chilled
  • some white pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • some lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, quick dip / spread

Roughly chop the smoked salmon and blend it with the cream, a little pepper, and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice in a blender. Then blend the cream with the cream cheese until smooth and season with lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. The salmon cream can be prepared the day before and tastes great on bread chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
