Lemon Salt
The perfect lemon salt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Mixed spice lemon salt:
- 4 tbsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Grated lemon peel
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cooking oil
Preparation:
- Grate the lemon peel and mix with turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Dry the resulting mixed spice mass on a baking sheet with baking paper and, after about 2 hours, briefly grind it until it is dry and fill it into a lidded spice container.
Use:
- Well suited for fish, salads, vegetables and for sauces and soups. Divide the dosage sparingly (Msp or spoon tips) and use it to season the dish to taste.
