Lemon Salt

The perfect lemon salt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Mixed spice lemon salt:

  • 4 tbsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Grated lemon peel
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cooking oil

Preparation:

  1. Grate the lemon peel and mix with turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Dry the resulting mixed spice mass on a baking sheet with baking paper and, after about 2 hours, briefly grind it until it is dry and fill it into a lidded spice container.

Use:

  1. Well suited for fish, salads, vegetables and for sauces and soups. Divide the dosage sparingly (Msp or spoon tips) and use it to season the dish to taste.
