Lemon stars

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ lemon(s), grated peel
  • 200 g flour
  • n. B. Powdered sugar or icing for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

enough for about 40 pieces

Knead the above ingredients into a dough. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies using a star cutter (any other shape will work, of course). Place the lemon stars on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 7-8 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar or icing, if desired.
