Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 1 ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the water with sugar, vanilla seeds, and clove powder until syrupy and let it steep briefly. Add the lemon and orange juice and heat gently again. Immediately pour into glasses and sweeten with a little honey. Can be stored in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
