Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g flour
- 65 g sugar
- 130 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ¼ pack of baking powder
- ½ bottle flavoring (lemon)
- Cake icing (lemon)
- Jam (orange)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cream the soft butter until fluffy, then continue creaming with the sugar, flavoring, and eggs. Finally, stir in the flour and knead into a soft dough (if the dough is too soft, add 1-2 tablespoons more flour). Roll out the dough straight away (dusting with flour frequently) and cut out round biscuits. Cut a heart out of half of the biscuits and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Dip the heart-shaped biscuits in lemon glaze and let dry. Spread orange marmalade on one round biscuit and place it on top of the heart-shaped biscuit.
